• Candidates of cognate branch :
  The candidates of cognate branch seeking admission to Ph.D. in Agriculture are requested to download the application form (cognate in agriculture) and submit the filled up form to the Office of the Registrar latest by 06.07.2017 along with the demand draft of application fee (1500/- or 750/- as the case may be) in favour of BCKV payable at SBI, Kalyani (Code 1020).
• In-service candidates :
  In-service candidates of all the disciplines are requested to appear before the selection committee with all relevant documents including the consent letter of leave permission from the employer on 17.07.2017 at 12:00 Noon in the Office of the Dean, Post Graduate Studies, Mohanpur.
• Agricultural Engineering graduates who were admitted in B.Tech. through lateral entry :
  The Agricultural Engineering Graduates who were admitted in Graduation Course through lateral entry with Diploma in Engineering they may use the OGPA in their Diploma Engineering course as if the marks of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English as required during fill up the on line application form to mention the Higher Secondary marks of these subjects.
• Master degree program in Agriculture :
  In the Faculty of Agriculture the Module of Subjects are grouped as below :
    I. Agronomy
    II. Crop Protection, Natural Resource Management, Social Science
    III. Plant Science
  
  A candidate at best may apply to Group I, Group III & any one module of Group II

  (ii) Date of commencement of generation/download of admit card : 09.07.2017
• Negative marking in Admission Test :
  The deduction of marks of one correct answer for four wrong answers as notified earlier is waved for this year.
• Student of vocational stream :
  The students of vocational stream may record the marks of Cultivation of Fruits & Vegetable, Horticulture, Crop Management, & Plant Management in place of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English respectively as required for fill up the form in on line.
