How to Apply

Keep handy the scanned copy (in JPEG file) of the following documents which have to be uploaded during final submission of application form :
- Passport size photograph (Size 10 kb to 20kb),
- Signature of the candidate (Size 10 kb to 20kb)
- Both side of B.Sc. Examination Mark Sheet with self attested (Size 200 kb to 300 kb)
- Both side of M.Sc. Examination Mark Sheet with self attested (Size 200 kb to 300 kb)
- Residential Certificate with self attested (Size 200 kb to 300 kb)
- Keep Debit / Credit / ATM Card or Net banking facility for online submission of application fee.

Candidates may pay the application fee through Bank Challan which will be auto generated after final submission of admission form.
No documents need to be sent to the University.

If you are a New Applicant then Create an Account with your valid Email ID & mobile no. in the website www.ubkv.ac.in as important communication may be communicated to the registered email address / Mobile number. Mobile number should not be under DND facility.
To confirm email id, the following step will have to be followed if the applicant uses the email id under Gmail.com.- Open your email by which you are primarily registered in our system.
- Open your ‘SPAM’ folder which is available under ‘option/more’ button (At the left corner of your mail window).
- Open the mail sent from ‘ubkv connect’ and click on “click here to verify your mail and login”. After that your email id will be finally registered in our system. Then login by your email id and password.
- If you are already registered then use your Old Login details to Login.
- Start applying.
- Preview.
- Upload required documents.

Go to payment option page & select mode of payment.
- Online mode – Billdesk Payment (Pay with Debit / Credit card or Net Banking) You will receive a Transaction ID for the successful transaction. Please remember the transaction ID for future correspondence. If you do not receive a transaction ID within 24 hours, please contact through email id – ubkvadmission@rediffmail.com.
- Offline mode – Through Bank Challan (United Bank of India) which will be downloaded after final submission of application form and deposit the required fee.
- If pay Online mode then print final application form. Activation of ‘print’ option to take print of your application form is the confirmation of your payment.

If pay offline mode then print final application form after two working days of deposition of fee.

Fees -
Rs. 600/- + Bank Charge – For General & OBC candidates.
Rs. 150/- + Bank Charge – For SC, ST candidates.
No fee is required for those PWD applicants who’s disability is 40% or above. Otherwise PWD candidates will have to pay Rs. 600/- + Bank Charge).
Print option of final application form will be activated after two working days after deposition of application fees through offline mode only. Through online paid applicant will get their final application form after payment of required fee. - Please note your User ID and Password for future communication / login.

- Registered applicants may edit their academic marks only within last date of submission of form.
