Candidates are requested to STAY AT HOME and not to visit the college during the Online Admission Process unless and until they are advised/required / requested to be physically present at the college.
Online Registration/Form fill up for Admissions in the Academic Session 2021-2022 in our college will start on and from 02 nd August 2021 at 08:00 a.m and it will continue till 11:45 p.m of 20 th August 2021.
Candidates who have qualified/cleared their Higher Secondary Examination in 2018/2019/2020/2021 are only eligible to apply for admission in the Academic Session 2021-2022.
Admissions for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PH categories will be done as per the laws and orders prescribed by the government from time to time.
Admissions done/completed in violation to the Admission related rules and regulations for the new Academic Session 2021-2022 notified by AKPC Mahavidyalaya, Bengai, Hooghly, in accordance with the Govt. of West Bengal/ Burdwan University directives/orders in this regard will be rejected straightway. Our college will not be responsible in these cases.
Candidates have to produce/submit the ORIGINAL documents and also the PHOTOCOPIES of the same documents mentioned below to their respective class teachers/professors within 15 (FIFTEEN) DAYS from the date of the commencement/beginning of the classes for the new Academic Session 2021-2022 to finalize/complete the Admission Process. » Downloaded Application Form. » Online Admission Fees Submission Receipts. » Admit, Mark Sheet of MP and HS. » SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PH Certificate. » Passport size Photo. » School leaving Certificate.
Tentative date of commencement of classes for all the streams in the academic session 2021-2022 is 01st October 2021. Candidates must know that they will have to strictly maintain 75% attendance during the first 20 (TWENTY) days from the date of the commencement of the classes in the new Academic Session 2021-2022 to avoid the cancellation of their admission. AKPC Mahavidyalaya will not be responsible in these cases and such cancelled seats will be allotted to new students from the merit list as per their merit panel position.
