    Details of Written Tests:
    Candidates shortlisted will have to write two tests as part of RAPT-2021: Test 1 and Test 2. Test 1 will be common to all disciplines and Test 2 will be discipline specific. The written Test and interviews will be conducted at IcfaiTech, IFHE Campus, Hyderabad. The details of the tests are as follows:

    Note: In both Test-I and II, each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark. No negative marks for incorrect answers or questions which are not attempted.
How to Apply
Admission into the Integrated First Degree Programs for the Academic Year 2021-22 will be conducted in two phases.

Applicants interested in appearing for ATIT 2021, for seeking admission in the First Degree Programs of IcfaiTech will be required to submit Application Form on or before 10th April, 2021 (Phase-1) & 10th June, 2021 (Phase-2).
Students can apply by any one of the following methods
  • Online Application:
    Applicants can apply online by filling up the application form available at www.ifheindia.org/icfaitech and making payment of Rs. 500/- towards the cost of examination using Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Master Card) or Internet Banking through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants applying online should upload their passport size color photograph. On the receipt of online application form along with fee, IcfaiTech prospectus will be sent to such applicants by the institute.
  • Download of Application Form:
    Applicants can fill their details online and download the application form from www.ifheindia.org/icfaitech and send it to the Admissions Office along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- towards the cost of the application form. The Demand Draft (DD) should be drawn in favour of "IFHE – Prospectus Fee A/C ATIT 2020" payable at Hyderabad. On the receipt of application form along with fee, IcfaiTech Prospectus will be sent to such applicants by the institute.
  • Fill the Application Form:
    Applicants can fill in the application form given along with the prospectus. Candidates may fill the details and send it to the Admissions Office.

It is mandatory for all the applicants to indicate their e-mail ID, as all important information relating to ATIT 2020 will be intimated to the applicants by e-mail. Similarly, all applicants are required to send their letters/correspondence, by e-mail only, to btechadmissions@ifheindia.org clearly indicating their names and application number.
Program Preferences:
While filling the Application Form applicants are strongly advised to provide all the seven preferences as per their priority. Any Application Form not having even a single preference will be rejected. Use the code numbers for various branches given below.

Online ATIT 2021:
  • An Applicant can appear for the online test from anywhere but ensure that he/she has a laptop/desktop/Mobile Phone/Tab with uninterrupted WiFi / sufficient data and electricity.
  • The online computer based ATIT 2021 test will be held from 12th to 20th April 2021 (Phase 1) & 12th to 20th June 2021 (Phase 2).

Slot Booking for appearing in ATIT 2021:
All the applicants will receive a link of a Google form in which the slot for ATIT 2021 will be available.
  • ATIT 2021 will be conducted in three slots a day during 12th to 20th April 2021 (Phase 1) and 12th to 20th June (Phase 2) respectively and applicant has to select one of the test slot from the Google Form option.
  • The last date for choosing the slot for ATIT 2021 is 10th April 2021 (Phase 1) & 10th June 2021 (Phase 2).
  • The date, time and slot will be intimated to the applicant through the registered e-mail on or before 10th April 2021 (Phase 1) & 10th June 2021 (Phase 2).

Test Process:
Candidates have to take the ATIT 2021 Online.
Parent/Guardian has to accept the role of a Home Examiner for the Online Exam conducted by IcfaiTech and they should take the full responsibility to invigilate their child to successfully take the online exam and submit the proceeds / answers for evaluation upon completion.

Admission Dates ATIT 2021:
  • The candidates must send the Application Form on or before 10th April 2021 (Phase 1) / 10th June 2021 (Phase 2).
  • Last date for booking ATIT 2021 slot is on or before 10th April, 2021 (Phase 1) / 10th June, 2021 (Phase 2) through Google Form and confirmation of booked slot is intimated on or before 10th April, 2021 (Phase 1) / 10th June, 2021 (Phase 2) through registered e-mail.
  • Candidate appears for the ATIT 2021 examination in his/her assigned slot only.
  • Declaration of results and communication of provisional admission, based on percentile obtained in ATIT 2021, is done between 23rd-25th April, 2021 (Phase 1) / 23rd-25th June, 2021 (Phase 2).
  • The institute also releases wait list candidates between 23rd-25th April, 2021 (Phase 1) / 23rd-25th June, 2021 (Phase 2).
  • All these candidates who are offered provisional admission and the candidates put on wait list have to pay the admission fee of Rs. 20,000/- on or before 05:00 P.M. on 3rd May, 2021 (Phase 1) / 3rd July, 2021 (Phase 2).
  • Candidates, from the confirmed and wait list who do not pay the admission fee by 3rd May, 2021 (Phase 1) / 3rd July, 2021 (Phase 2) will forfeit the right of admission to IcfaiTech programs. Accordingly the names are removed from the admission pool.
  • While vacancies caused by the candidates who do not pay the fee by 3rd May, 2021 (Phase 1) / 3rd July, 2021 (Phase 2), next sliding operation will be effective as explained earlier.
  • The Institute has three more sliding operations for each phase on (4th May, 2021 / 31st May, 2021 / 14th June, 2021: Phase 1) and (4th July 2021 / 30th July 2021 / 13th August, 2021: Phase 2).
