ATMA is a credible, comprehensive and single-window test for admissions to numerous Post-Graduate Management Programs like MBA*, PGDM, MCA*, MMS* and other management post graduate courses (*subject to local regulations).
ATMA is a high quality, online objective type Nationally accepted entrance test. This test is recognized by AICTE and Ministry of HRD, Government of India and is conducted across all the states in India.

It is clarified in the interest of students taking up ATMA entrance tests that ATMA exams being conducted are as per our scheduled commitment and understanding with Department of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra for admissions for academic year 2023-24. There should be no doubt regarding it’s eligibility in academic year 2023-24 and thereafter.

    STEP-1: PAYMENT OF FEES
    • Candidate MUST use his/her personal mobile number and Email ID ONLY.
    • The registration process for ATMA Exam starts with the Payment of Fees.
      The Registration Fee for ATMA exam is of Rs. 1600/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred Only). The exam fee can be paid using Debit or Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI only. Facility for payment of fee in Cash / DD / Cheque is not available.
    • Concession in Fees:
      - 25% Concession in Fees is applicable for Women candidates
      - 50% Concession is applicable for candidates belonging to North Eastern States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).

    STEP-2: PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NO. (PID)
    • Once the fee is paid, the candidate will receive a system generated Personal Identification Number (PID) on his/her Mobile by SMS as well as Email. If the same is not received, the candidate can search for PID or Password by Clicking Here. Please save this PID for future reference. The same PID shall be candidate’s Login ID for Re-Print of application form, Print of Admit Card as well as Result.
    STEP-3: FILLING REGISTRATION FORM
    • Once the payment of Fee is successful and the PID is received, the candidate can proceed to fill the registration form by Clicking Here. Following information is required to be filled in the registration form. PID, Name (You need to click FETCH NAME Button to fetch the Name from the database.), Postal Address, Email Id, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Aadhar Number, Preferred Test City Choice, Educational Qualifications, Exact Percentage of SSC, HSC, Degree (In case the candidate is appearing, mention "NA") Post graduation/Professional Degree if applicable, Post qualification experience, if any, and choice of Institutes for reporting ATMA Scores.
      Uploading Scanned Image of Candidate’s Photograph and Signature in prescribed format is necessary to complete the registration process. The registration process completes only after the Scanned image of Candidate’s Photograph and Signature is uploaded.

      Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given below. Photograph Image:
      • - Photograph must be a recent passport style color picture.
      • - Make sure that the picture is in color, taken against a light-colored, preferably white, background.
      • - Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
      • - If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows
      • - If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye"
      • - If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
      • - Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
      • - Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
      • - Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb
      • - Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.
      Signature Image:
      • - The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
      • - The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
      • - The signature will be used to put on the Admit Card and wherever necessary.
      • - If the Applicant's signature on the answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the Admit Card, the applicant will be disqualified.
      • - Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
      • - Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb
      • - Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20kb
      Scanning the photograph and signature:
      • - Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch)
      • - Set Color to True Color
      • - File Size as specified above
      • - Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the photograph/signature, then use the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified above).
      • - The image file should be JPG or JPEG format. An example file name is : image01.jpg or image01.jpeg Image dimensions can be checked by listing the folder files or moving the mouse over the file image icon.
      • - Candidates using MS Windows/MSOffice can easily obtain photo and signature in .jpeg format not exceeding 50kb & 20kb respectively by using MS Paint or MSOffice Picture Manager. Scanned photograph and signature in any format can be saved in .jpg format by using 'Save As' option in the File menu and size can be reduced below 50 kb (photograph) & 20 kb(signature) by using crop and then resize option (Please see point (i) & (ii) above for the pixel size) in the 'Image' menu. Similar options are available in other photo editor also.
      If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed.
      Every candidate shall be given a login password once the registration process is complete. This password shall be sent by SMS and Email.
    STEP-4: PRINTING ADMIT CARD
    • Once the registration is complete, candidate can proceed for Printing of Admit Card. However, Admit card can be printed 22nd February 2023 Onwards Click Here.
    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
    • The candidate MUST carry their admit card, ATMA Application Form and valid government ID proof in order to appear for the test. Candidates without the admit card, ATMA Application Form and valid government ID proof will not be allowed to appear for the test.
    • Change of test center is not allowed, except in case of valid reasons in exceptional cases where the request for change is made well in advance i.e. a minimum of 10 days before the day of the test. Change of test center is subject to availability of seats in the desired center and the approval of test administrator.
    • Registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tests.
    • In case the candidate has a query, they may email the ATMA Secretariat on this email ID - atma.secretariat@gmail.com. Candidates are to state their PID and Test Date in the email.
