    Specialization will be allotted as per the merit and preference/s mentioned in the registration form for initial two round of admission
    • Thereafter, since round-3; Specialisation will be allotted at the time of admission counseling based on merit.
    • Note: NMIMS reserves all the rights to alter number of Specialization at any point of time.

    + Eligibility Criteria (fulfilling all / applicable conditions mandatory):

    • Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognized board including International Baccalaureate Diploma with English as compulsory subject with science or vocational science, minimum 50% marks in PCM for Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Indore / Hyderabad campus & 45% marks in PCM for Shirpur campus. Those awaiting their 10+2 or equivalent examination result this year may also apply AND candidate with IB Diploma is eligible only if he / she has offered Mathematics at Standard Level (SL).
      OR
      Candidates passing Diploma Engineering with Minimum 50% is eligible to apply.
    • A candidate who has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Certificate with PCM Compulsory) & DP awarded candidates with 24 credits compulsory and has passed minimum 3 subjects at Higher Level (HL) and minimum 3 subjects at Standard Level (SL) mandatorily from any stream.
    • Candidates of CBSE & ICSE should mention in online registration / e-admission form (if selected) 10th / 10+2 or equivalent aggregate marks of all subjects for which candidate has taken & appeared for (not best of Four, Five, Six or Seven). The candidates shall have passed all the subjects taken & appeared for in the applicable examination/s. The aggregate percentage of all subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared will be taken into consideration & PCM % for confirming eligibility of the candidate for the program.
    • In case the mark sheet issued by the applicable Board / Institution is in percentile/s, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects appeared by the candidate will be taken into consideration.
    • Candidate above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply.
    • For IB & Cambridge Candidate: Candidates called for admission counseling on the basis of NMIMS-CETmerit list & who have not received final marksheet till then will be given Provisional Admission based on predicted score. Fees will be accepted from such candidates but their admission will be confirmed only on submission of final marksheet before the commencement of the program if found eligible.
    • Submission of AIU equivalence certificate to confirm the eligibility for the program is mandatory for those candidates who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from overseas board / Universities.
    • Those candidates who have passed, or, are appearing for 10+2 examination from a Board / University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the Board / University concerned, the equivalent percentage for the GPA / CGPA obtained.
    • Candidate whose final marksheet is not available at the time of admission is required to upload internet copy of result duly attested by Principal of the school / college, failing which candidate will not be admitted.
    • Only single marksheet with all compulsory subjects taken / opted and passed will be considered. Compartmentalized marksheet/s will not be considered.
    • Candidate will not be eligible if any subject is marked as ungraded / fail in the marksheet / grade sheet. For absent / Ungraded in any of the additional / non mandatory subject will be consider as eligible provided such candidates is declared as pass by respective board. As per program eligibility the mandatory subject should appeared and passed.
    • Candidates appearing for their final 10+2 or equivalent examination can also apply, provided they obtain the required minimum cut off marks and also produce all the necessary documents, in original, within the given stipulated time.

    + Selection Process

    • In Round-1 & Round-2, Merit list of MPSTME / STME Programmes will be prepared on the basis of the performance of NMIMS-CET & the preference/s given at time of registration only.
    • In Round-3 onwards, candidates will be given admission to various disciplines as per their merit, choice and availability of discipline at the time of counseling as per eligibility criteria.
    • The decision of the institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
    Note:
    • Candidates are required to update 12th or equivalent exam or predicted marks in registration form.
    • Candidate will not be considered for merit list if they fail to update the same in online registration form.
    • It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that correct marks are entered.
    • At any given point of time if it is found that the information given by candidate i.e 12th or equivalent exam is incorrect, the candidate admission will be cancelled and fees will be refunded as per UGC guidelines.

    + Eligibility Criteria (fulfilling all / applicable conditions mandatory)

    • The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination including International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate / & D.P. awarded candidates are eligible only if they have cleared their IB exam with total of minimum 24 credits having passed 3 HL & 3 SL mandatorily.
    • Science or science vocational with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with compulsorily 50% marks in PCB or PCM.
    • English as compulsory subject.
    • Candidates of CBSE & ICSE, should mention in the online registration / e-admission form (if selected) (10+2) or equivalent aggregate marks of all the subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared for (not best of four, five, six or seven). The candidate shall have passed all the subjects taken & appeared for in the applicable examination/s. The aggregate percentage of all subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared will be taken into consideration for confirming eligibility of the candidate for the program at the time of admission. For B.Pharm. + MBA (Pharma. Tech.) program admission is based on PCM / PCB percentage.
    • In case the mark sheet issued by the applicable Board / Institution is in percentile/s, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects appeared by the candidate will be taken into consideration.
    • Candidates above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply.
    • For IB & Cambridge Candidate: Candidates called for admission on the basis of merit list & who do not have final mark sheet will be given "Provisional Admission" based on predicted scores. Fees will be accepted from such candidate but their admission will be confirmed on submission of final mark sheet before the commencement of the program if found eligible. Marksheet/Transcripts issued by Board/University shall only be considered (School/Institute will not be accepted).
    • Submission of AIU equivalence certificate to confirm the eligibility for the program is mandatory for those candidates who have completed their (10+2) or equivalent examination from Overseas board/Universities.
    • Those candidates who have passed or are appearing for 10+2 examination from a Board / University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the Board / University concerned, the equivalent percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained.
    • Candidate whose final mark sheet is not available at the time of admission is required to upload internet copy of result or Digi locker copy of result, duly attested by Principal of the school / college, failing which candidate will not be admitted for the program.
    • Only single mark sheet with all compulsory subjects taken and passed will be considered, no compartmentalized mark sheet shall be considered.
    • Candidate will not be eligible if any subject is marked as ungraded/fail in the marksheet / gradesheet. For absent/ungraded in any of the additional/non mandatory subject will be consider as eligible provided such candidate is declared as pass by respective board.
    • Candidate appearing for their final 10+2 or equivalent examination can also apply provided they obtain the required minimum cut off marks and also produce the entire necessary documents, in original, within the given stipulated time.

    + Structure of the Test – NMIMS-CET 2021

    The NMIMS - CET 2021 would be an objective type multiple-choice test. (There will be no descriptive type of questions)

    Exam is based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology of 10+2 curriculum.
    Pharmacy admission test is based on PCM / PCB combination as selected at the time of online registration.

    The NMIMS CET Exam will comprise of 5 major sections as follows:

    + Selection Process

    • All eligible candidates who wish to apply for admission to the B.Pharm. + MBA (Pharma Tech.) Programme will be required to appear for an Online Test NMIMS-CET 2021 which will be conducted at various locations in India.
    • The Merit list will be on the basis of the marks obtained in NMIMS-CET 2021 & preference of campus given in the online registration form.
    • The Merit list will be put up on the NMIMS website as per important dates. The decision of the institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
    • The selection will be solely based on merit and preference given by candidate for all programs including campus. The cut-off for deciding the merit shall lie solely with NMIMS.
    • Admission offer is given as per merit, preference of campus (if any) and vacancy. WAITLISTED candidates have to check their merit list status as per date given on the website. SELECTED candidate should upload necessary required document at the link provided in the admission offer letter, and after verification of the uploaded documents; the candidate will get the payment link (RTGS / NEFT details) for the payment of course fees within the stipulated time frame.
    • If the candidate is selected for more than one school in the merit list and has secured admission in the preferred school, and further wishes to secure admission in the second school as per selected preference, then that candidate will required to cancel his/her admission from the first school in order to secure admission to school of next preference. Candidate can be admitted for single school only.

    + Program Fees for batch 2020: (for information only)

    • Program fees for first year MBA P.harm. Tech. – Mumbai campus was Rs. 4,02,000/-, for Shirpur campus was Rs. 2,52,000/- and for Hyderabad campus was Rs. 2,02,000/-.
    • The fees for first year MBA Pharm Tech (Batch 2021) will be declared at the time of admission.
