Schedule of Admission

Candidates alloted for Admission in University of Calcutta for the above Courses
should follow the Instructions given below:

• Allotted students should got registered first and filled up the application form through online at www.caluniv-ucsta.net / www.caluniv.ac.in.
• Students should registered first and filled up online application through this portal.
• To submit online application softcopy of recent Passport size ( 3.5cm x 3.5 cm.) colour photo ( in.jpd/ijpeg format less than 20 kb size).
• To submit online application need scan copy of signature of the candidate (in jpg/ ijpeg format less than 20kb size).
• E-mail address should be less than 30 characters.
• Download & take a printout copy of the duly filled in application form after successful submission.
• Candidate needs to download the Format of Medical Certificate from the website and get a Medical Certificate in the prescribed format from Medical Practitioner.
• Candidate needs to download the Anti Ragging Format from the website and submit the same after signed by the Guardian and the candidate itself.
• Sign all pages of application form as well as all documents.
• Submitthe application form along with the documents mentioned below :
  • Original allotment letter from W.B.J.E.E. Board
  • Original Money Receipt of amount deposited in W.B.J.E.E Board and Bank Challan.
  • Original School leaving Certificate from the Principal / Head of the School / College last attended
  • Original Medical Certificate of fitness from a registered Medical Practitioner which should state Height, measurement of chest, condition of eye-sight and hearing, bodily infirmities etc.
  • Self-attested copies of the mark-sheets of Secondary (10) and Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examinations passed.
  • Self-attested photo copy of Birth Certificate.
  • Self-attested photo copy of Admit Card as generated by the W.B.J.E.E Board.
  • Self-attested photocopies of Certificates from appropriate authorities for SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B / PWD / TFW candidates.
  • Domicile Certificate.
  • Duly filled-in Anti Ragging declaration.
  • Two(2) copies of recent colour passport size photo.
  • Self-attested photo copy of Adhar Card.
  (The above documents will be kept in the office for official purpose and will not be returned to the candidates)

• Fee book will be issued after verification of documents.
• Before payment of Residual amount Candidates must have to endorsed the amount in Fee Book from the C.U. Secretary Office at Salt Lake campus, Otherwise payment will be treated as cancelled and no claim for refund will be entertained in future.
