UG How to Apply

• STEP-1 : Click → Admission 2015
• STEP-2 : Fill-up the Application Form carefully
• • After successful submission of Application Form, the candidate will be redirected to a page, where he can see two buttons;
    • Print/ Save Application Form
    • Proceed to Payment (deactivated)
  • After clicking the “Print/ Save Application Form” button, a pop-up will appear containing the filled-in Application Form. The Candidate should save and Print the same.
  • Then only the “Proceed to Payment” button will be activated. The candidate should click the button to make Payment.
  • Clicking the “Proceed to Payment” button will take the candidate to online SBI Payment Portal.
  • On The 1st Page the candidate should check the box containing the text "I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above." Then the candidate should click the “proceed” button.
  • In the next page the candidate should select “West Bengal” from the drop-down of “State of Corporate / Institution *” and “Educational Institutions” from the drop-down of “Type of Corporate / Institution *”. Then the candidate should click the “Go” Button.
  • In the next Page the candidate should select “Barasat Govt. College” from the drop-down of “Educational Institutions Name” and click the “Submit” Button.
  • Then the candidate should select “Application Fees” from the drop-down of “Select Payment Category *”
  • Then the candidate should fill up the form containing
    • Name
    • Mobile No.
    • Application No. (The number Printed on the top right section of the Application Form)
  • After that the candidate should choose the mode of payment and pay.
  • For Online Payment (Through NET Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card etc.) : A Printout of the Receipt will be generated.
  • For Cash Payment :
    2 printed Challans will be generated by the SBI Window and submit the Fees to any Branch of SBI producing the Challans. Collect the receipt from the Bank.

Note : Please collect PROSPECTUS on production of Payments Receipt from SBI, Barasat Branch, at K.N.C. Road (Opposite to Barasat Police Station).
