M.A. Document Verification 2016-2017

1st year M.A. Applicant, please note Document Verification for those
who has paid both the Fees (Rs. 500/- + Rs. 34,000/-) by Tuesday, 12.07.2016
are required to come for their Document Verification on
Wednesday, 13th July 2016, in Room No. - 430, 4th Floor at 12:00 Noon.

• Documents required to submit at the time of Verification :
  • Admission Form duly signed by the student.
  • 2 Stamp Size recent photographs (3.5cm ×4.5cm), loose handed over to College authority.
  • 1 Stamp Size recent photographs (3.5cm ×4.5cm) neatly pasted on Admission Form.
  • Anti-Ragging Form duly signed by the student and the parent.
  • 2 Photocopies of B.A. (Hons) Part –I, II & III Mark sheet.
  • 2 Photocopies of Registration Certificate of University for B.A. (Hons).
  • Attested Photocopy of SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable (Benefits of these category only available to holders of these certificates from State of West Bengal).
  • Original Migration certificate (not required for students coming from Calcutta University). In case of non-availability of Original Migration certificate, you are required to print the Migration submission letter (6th page of your admission form) from your online profile and submit the same.
• Students should also bring under mention ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for verification :
  • B.A. (Hons) Part-I, II & III Mark sheet.
  • Registration Certificate of University for B.A. (Hons)
  • Application Fees paid Challan duly stamped by bank.
  • Admission Fees paid Challan duly stamped by bank.
  • SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable.

After Successful Verification of Documents, Students will be given their College ID card.
