- Affidavit bt Student and Gurdian (Original) on Rs. 10/- NJ Stamp.
- Two self attested Photocopies of Caste / Tribe Certificate.
- Two recent Stamp Sized Photograph.
- Original Migration Certificate (Applicable for students of non HS Board).
- Two self attested Photocopies of disability certificate, if applicable.
- Foreign students are required to submit Two copies of Photocopies of Student Visa and Passport.
All original documents are needed for verification at the tome of Admission.
