Admission Procedure 2016

ONLINE ADMISSION PROCEDURE

STEP ONE:-
ALL HONOURS SUBJECTS - Eligible candidates whose names have been incorporated in the merit lists and after publication of valid and approved merit list, they are directed to obtain Admission form from his/her own portal.

STEP TWO:-
Candidates are directed to keep ready his/her admission form by signing with date and affixing photograph on his/her application form and be enclosed

  • Xerox copies of H.S Marksheet and Admit Card
  • Xerox copy of Madhyamik Admit Card/Certificate as proof of date of birth
  • Original School Leaving Certificate
  • Student copy of registration chalan.

STEP THREE:
VERIFICATION / COUNSELLING AND SPOT ADMISSION AS PER FOLLOWING DATE OF ADMISSION:- (SUBJECT WISE)
Bring all ABOVE MENTIONED ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and produce the same along with duly filled in admission form and enclosures before the authorised person of the college for verification and approval. After verification if it is found correct and authentic the concerned students will be permitted to get admission through his portal.

STEP FOUR
After getting clearance from the college after verification students will have to open his portal and collect admission fees depositing challan for making payment in Bank of India, Chittaranjan Branch within 03 days from the date of submission of form and verification of papers and documents otherwise his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled.

STEP FIVE
After making payment of admission fees in the bank within 03 days from the date of submission of application form in the college student will have to produce the stamped receipt i.e. student part/portion of the challan to the college office for its record and issuance of “ROLL NUMBER” and completion of admission procedure.



STUDENTS APPLIED FOR GENERAL STREAM COURSES

  • Candidates are directed to keep ready his/her admission form by signing with date and affixing photograph on his/her application form and be enclosed
    • Xerox copies of H.S Marksheet and Admit Card
    • Xerox copy of Madhyamik Admit Card / Certificate as proof of date of birth
    • Original School Leaving Certificate.
