Documents Required 2016

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION :

• Madhyamik / H. S. Certificate.
• Original Mark Sheet of the last Board / University Examination passed by the student.
• Three passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate.
• Original School / College leaving certificate.
• Migration Certificate in case of the student coming from the different University / Board (other than W.B.C.H.S.E).
• Students must fill in registration-cum-enrolment form within the date stipulated by the University failing which their names will be struck off from the admission register.

If it is not possible for a student to produce the Migration Certificate at the time of admission it must be submitted within one month from the date of admission. Such a student will have to apply in the prescribed form for registration to the University of Burdwan with all necessary documents and prescribed migration fee for having his admission regularised. It is to be noted that until migration certificate is submitted and the University of Burdwan gives its sanction the admission of the student in the college will remain provisional. The responsibility for regularising such admission lies entirely with the student concerned.
