Admission Notice 2016-2017

Students, who will get admission in East Calcutta Girls' College, will contact office of the college on 8th and 9th June, 2016 with following documents :

• Original admit card of Madhyamik or any other age proof certificate.
• Original Mark Sheet of Class XII level.
• Original S.C./S.T.,OBC-A,OBC-B Certificate.
• Application Fees receipt.
• Admission Fees receipt.
• Print out of the submitted forms.
• Soft copy Photo and Signature.

Date of Admission for candidates in General Courses : 2nd ,3rd, 4th June' 2016

Date of Admission for candidates in HonoursCourses : 6th,7th, 8th June' 2016

Selected candidates are requested to login here.... for getting the Admission slip. Print the slip and deposit the required amount for admission

• ADMISSION WILL BE GOING ON AS LONG AS SEATS ARE AVAILABLE.
• STUDENTS WILL BE ADMITTED AS PER THE MERIT LIST.
• INADVERTENT ERRORS IN PROVISIONAL MERIT LIST, IF ANY, WILL BE CORRECTED AS PER NORMS.
• ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.
• Admission is provisional. Students will be liable for error regarding information submitted by them in the application form. At the time of verification, discrepancy if any may cause the cancellation of admission. After verification admission will be confirmed. There is no refund of money after admission.
