Documents Required

• Marks sheet and Admit card of the last qualifying examination in original and attested photocopy.
• Age proof certificate / Madhyamik Admit card / Madhyamik Certificate in original and attested photocopy.
• Three copies of recent passport sized Photograph (colour).
• Certificate from appropriate authority issued in favour of the Candidate in support of SC,ST, OBC and BPL category (where applicable). Certificate of near relative or receipt of application for certificate of SC,ST, OBC and BPL category will not be accepted.
• Migration Certificate in original, if a candidate is migrating from other than West Bengal Council, ISC, CBSE.
