Admission Notification for 2nd Counselling 2015-2016

It is hereby notified that the following enlisted candidates will attend in the 2nd Counselling for admission to 4 years B.Sc.(Ag.)/(Hort.)Hons. courses for the session 2015-16 on 07.08.2015. Candidates are requested to report personally for counseling to be held at Auditoriam of ATIC Building of the University on 7th August, 2015 by 1:00 p.m. strictly and positively with all original and attested copies of documents for admission, failing which the candidature of the candidates will be treated as canceled.

The number of vacancy in any category under Agriculture/Horticulture Faculty may arise and increase during the admission. The seats will be filled up on the same day at the time of counselling accordingly.

Important Information :

• The candidate shall have to submit the following testimonials in original with one set of attested copy at the time of counselling failing which the candidature shall be cancelled :
  • Marksheets and Admit cards of all examinations passed.
  • Printed application form with original copy of Bank Challan (for offline) / Payment Receipt (for online) on payment of required fee.
  • SC / ST / OBC / PWD (PH) certificates if applicable.
  • School leaving certificate.
  • Domicile certificate, authenticated by BDO / SDO, for last five years.
  • Income Certificate of Guardian.
  • 6 copies of passport size photographs which should be same as uploaded.
  • Affidavit to be submitted by the student and guardian separately within seven days from the date of admission as per prescribed proforma available in the website www.amanmovement.org in terms of UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions 2009 (Under Section 26(1)(g) of the University Grant Commission Act, 1956) vide memo No. F.1-16/2007(CPP-II) dated 17.06.2009.

  1.	Date of Second Counselling	:	07.08.2015 (Reporting Time : 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. positively) (Documents verification will be started from 11:00 A.M.)
  2.	Venue	:	ATIC Building, UBKV, Pundibari Campus (Both for UBKV Main Campus and College of Agriculture)
  3.	Admission & other fees	:	a) Rs. 4100/- for Day Scholar b) Rs. 6200/- (Rs. 4100/- + Rs. 2100/-) for Hosteller
  4.	The candidates will have to deposit necessary admission and other fees on the date of counselling, if selected for admission.
  5.	Candidates selected for admission under PWD category are exempted from submission of fees and shall be provided free accommodation at the hostel.
  6.	The candidate who is selected for admission in the first counselling but denies to take admission, will not get further chance for appearing in the second or any subsequent counselling.
  7.	Admission is subject to the verification of all particulars in the admission form by the Admission Committee. The decision of Admission Committee is final.
  8.	The name will be striked off from the merit list if wrong submission of information by the applicant is found.
