Notice for Counselling & Verification

• Merit Lists of candidates selected will be displayed on College Notice Board and the College Website on the date notified.
• Candidates called for Counselling must be present at the college at mentioned date and time, failing which candidature will be cancelled. Students called for counselling must not think that all will be given token. Tokens will be given according to rank and seat availability.
• All candidates coming for Counselling must bring original and 1 attested photocopy of all the necessary documents :
  • Mark sheet of H.S. or equivalent examination.
  • Proof of date of birth, i.e. admit card of class Xexam.
  • Caste, tribe or disability certificate from competent authority.
  • Domicile certificate, if applicable.
  • Acknowledgement slip generated during online form fillup.
  • Application fee challans.
  • 2 passport sized photographs.
• A student called in counselling and given a token will then proceed to respective departmental desk to get documents verified with all original documents.
• After verification, departmental in charge will give ADMIT order.
• By next day, a student getting admit order shall find his/ her admission status open and shall take print of Admission Challan.
• The student will then deposit the fees on the exact mentioned admission dates in the bank through fees payment admission challan in CASH at any branch of the United Bank of India - in favour of "Sarsuna College Admission", at Account No.
• After getting admission each student will come to the college office the next day to get the Roll No. with Fees Book and the Prospectus.
• Taking Admission within stipulated date is mandatory failing which the candidature will be cancelled.
• Students, already enrolled in another College, should get their Admission status cancelled from the previous college, before collecting Admit order.
• Waiting list candidates for Honours courses are advised to keep-in touch with College Admission Committee and go through the website notification for information regarding current position in admission. Also those whose candidature is cancelled due to unmatched eligibility criteria or any other cause can come to meet Admission Committee on 24th June, 2015 at 2:30 P.M.

• All admission is provisional, subject to scrutiny and verification of the documents submitted. The provisional admission is liable to be cancelled if anyone fails to submit documents required by the University. If admission of any such student is not approved by the University, she/he will not be entitled to any refund of fees.
• Selection will be strictly on the basis of merit.
• The college reserves the right of admission.
