Admission to First Semester of M. A. / M. Sc Degree Classes, 2014 in Geography & Zoology

Notice dated - 27.08.2014

This is to notify that the Admission Test to seek admission in the 40% of the total seats for Non-CU applicants including willing CU applicants in the Post Ggraduate courses in Geography and Zoology for the academic session of 2014-15 will be held on 03.09.2014 (Wednesday) at 02:00 p.m. in 39, Sankar Ghosh Lane, Kolkata – 700 006 Campus of the college.

Merit list strictly based on examination will be published on 06.09.2014 (after 06:00 p.m. in the College Website). Applicants are instructed to generate the Admit Card to sit in the said admission test from the College Website on and from 01.09.2014 (Monday) after 12:00 noon. Date of Counseling for 40% of the total seats will be announced later.

It is instructed that the applicants must have to bring Admit Card in the examination hall and the reporting time will be 1 p.m. Applicants are advised to arrive the examination centre at least one and half hours before on the date of Admission Test if they fail to generate Admit Card due to technical fault and report to the In-Charge of the Admission Test.

N. B.:
i. The Merit List of 40% of the total seats will be prepared strictly based on the performances of the applicants in the Admission Test, to be held on 03.09.2014.
ii. Admission Fee for 1st Semester: Rs. 16,000/- for Geography and Rs. 20,000/- for Zoology.
