Instructions for Filling up the Application Form 2016

All Candidates applying to Vivekananda College For Women for admission in UG courses must read the following instructions carefully and also abide by the rules of admission given below before proceeding to apply.

Once the application form fillup is complete, the candidate is to generate the Challan, Filled up Application Form and Admission Form immediately or they can print out it later. This System will provide a Form Number which the candidate should note and preserve carefully. They can use the same to print the challan and filled up form in future.

Once the challan is generated, candidate will deposit registration fee for application for merit list through the challan at Andhra Bank, VIVEKANANDA COLLEGE FOR WOMEN, New Alipore and Thakur Pukur Branch within 06/06/2016. The application submitted online will be valid only after depositing the registration fee (Rs. 230/-) to the Andhra Bank, VIVEKANANDA COLLEGE FOR WOMEN, New Alipore and Thakur Pukur Branch.

The system will remain open from 17/05/2016 to 06/06/2016. The First Merit List will be published on 16/06/2016.

• Registration Fee Challan.
• Filled up Applicatin Form.
• Admission Form.

Both Registration Fee Challan , Filled up Applicatin Form and Admission Form are to be produced during counselling and admission along with original copies of HS Marksheet, Age Prove Certificate, Caste Certificate, Migration Certificate (if any).

If at any stage of admission process, the marks entered in this online system is found incorrect the application will be rejected and no claims of repayment of application fees will be entertained.
