THE CANDIDATES WHO REPORTED ON FIRST AND/OR SECOND ADMISSION BUT COULD NOT BE ADMITTED AND WISH TO TAKE ADMISSION ARE ASKED TO REPORT ON 10.08.2011.

CANDIDATES SHOULD REPORT
AT THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS
BETWEEN 12:00 NOON AND 1.00 P.M.

NOTE:
1. ADMISSION WILL BE IN ORDER OF MERIT AND ACCORDING TO AVAILABLE VACANCY.
2. CANDIDATES REPORTING AFTER 1.00 P.M. SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Willing candidates must report according to time & venue mentioned.
2. THE CANDIDATE MUST BE PRESENT PERSONALLY. NO EXCUSE WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
3. GUARDIANS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE VENUE.
4. Failure to turn up at the time mentioned may cancel any future claim for admission.
5. Selected candidates will have to take admission on the same day.

Fees and Documets

Candidates should personally produce the following fees and documents positively at the time of admission

♦Documents::

1. Admit card / Mark Sheet of Secondary Examination as age proof: Original & one attested copy.
2. Mark sheet of the 10+2 Examination: Original & one attested copy.
3. SC/ST certificate (if applicable): Original & one attested copy.
4. Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate from appropriate authority (if applicable): Original and one attested copy.
5. Original receipt (Pay-in-slip) of payment of application fees.
6. Original photo ID of the candidate (Admit card / Passport size photo attested by the Head of the Institution last attended / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License).
7. One self attested photograph.
