Admission to the 3 years Degree Courses (B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com.) 2015-16 Honours and General shall be conducted online.
ONLINE PROCESSING FEES :
B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. (Honours and General) Part-I : Rs. 100/- per application.
B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. (Honours and General) Part-II : Rs. 100/-
B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. (Honours and General) Part-III : Rs. 100/- - Admission form for the session 2015-16 will be available tentatively from 03.06.2015 at 6:00 P.M. in the following link : www.netajinagarcollege.in.
- Students from WBCHSE, ISC, CBSE, Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya, W.B.S.C.V.E.T and N.I.O.S. are eligible for admission to this College. The students who have passed out in 2015 are eligible for admission to the 1st year degree course. Students who passed out in 2014 but did not take admission in any institution, are also eligible for admission. Vocation candidate are eligible to apply only for B.A. General Course.

Admission criteria to 3 years degree courses for the session 2015-16 is as follows :
For B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. Honours Courses
General / OBC-A / OBC-B : 50% in aggregate (Best of 4, excluding Environmental Studies) and 45% in the subject concerned or 55% in the subject concerned for general candidates (University norms)
SC/ST Category : 40% in aggregate (Best of 4, excluding Environmental Studies) & 40% in the subject concerned (University norms)For B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. General Courses
Only Grand Total excluding marks of ENVS - Admission to the Honours and General courses is conducted strictly on the basis of merit.
- A student can apply for a maximum of three Honours subjects only.

The Merit Lists for the Honours and General Courses will be prepared in the following process
HONOURS
Best of Four Marks + Marks in Honours Subject Applied For = Grand Total
GENERAL
Grand Total of all Subjects excluding Environmental Studies - The online application process for Honours courses will open on 2nd June 2015 and will close on 22th June 2015.
- The online application process for General courses will open on 2nd June 2015 and will close on 22th June 2015.
- Application process will not be considered valid unless prior payment is made to the Regent Park, Kolkata branch of Central Bank of India. The complete Merit panel will be published on 25.06.2015 in the college website.
- In case seats are found to be vacant in any Honours subject after the end of the third round, a fourth and final round of admission will be conducted. Only those candidates who have already applied for the concerned Honours subject will be considered for admission on the basis of merit.
- Admission to any course is final. There is no provision for change in subject except change from General Course to Honours Course.
- Four Merit Lists will be subsequently published in the college website in a four-round admission process. (starting from 25.06.2015).
- Fees once paid cannot be refunded.
Fees will be deposited to Central Bank of India, Regent Park, Kolkata branch at
131, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road, Kolkata - 700 040.
Bank Hours:
Monday - Friday : 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Saturday : 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon

Deposit Rs. 100/- for each On-Line Application using only this Printed Bank Challan at Regent Park, Kolkata branch of Central Bank of India * Nothing is required to be sent to the college, please wait for Merit Panel that will be published in this website. |
Step 4 | : |
Upon publication of the Merit Panel, eligible candidates whose names feature in the said list will follow the admission procedure given as below : Fill all fields in the Online Admission Form sequentially, submit it, print Bank Challan and deposit Admission Fees only at the Regent Park, Kolkata branch of Central Bank of India within the stipulated time. |
Step 5 | : | Your admission process is now complete. Contact the college office for filling in of Calcutta University Registration Form and information regarding commencement of classes. |
