Payment Related Information 2023
- No Application fee will be charged as directed by Department of Higher Education, Govt. of West Bengal.
- Check Subject Combination wise total fees for Admission fees.
- Note that fees for subsequent Semesters may be revised based on Calcutta University new CSR.
- Students have to pay laboratory fees for laboratory based IDC subject.
- Fees can be paid online (UPI/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking) or by ICICI Bank Challan.
- Fees can be paid online by using Credit card/ Debit Card or Net Banking of any Bank.
- For payment through ICICI Bank Challan, the candidate needs to generate the ICICI Bank Challan for the appropriate application(s). The student must take a print of the challan and make payment at any ICICI Branch with in the permissible date and time.
- For payment through ICICI Bank Challan, the candidate must check his Name, Course code(s) of the course(s) for which he/she want to make payment, Roll number of 10+2 exam, Application Serial Number(s) that is the last 5 digits of application number(s) for which he/she want to make payment and the Subject for Honours.
- A Challan is valid for the selected application(s) by the candidate only and can not be photocopied for payment by other candidates.
- Payment through ICICI bank challan will be updated in the college portal after receiving confirmation from the bank about the payment. Generally, this update takes one working day after payment in the bank.
- Payments through ONLINE by UPI/Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking is highly encouraged.
- A candidate willing to apply or want to take provisional admission after selection must pay the application fees /admission fees (whichever is applicable) within the permissible dates of the phase of admission in which he/she is eligible. Admission/Application of candidates who make payment after permissible dates will not be considered. Furthermore, admission fees paid after permissible dates of a phase will be forfeited.
- All candidates must keep their Admission fees receipt (provided by the college) carefully for the entire course without which no admission is valid.
- An applicant, willing to Cancel his/her admission must cancel the admission through online portal only.
- An applicant, willing for refund of his/her cancelled course, must submit application for refund online and take a print out of the refund application form within time for refund in case of admission cancellation. No queries regarding refund can be entertained without refund application form.
- Please note that merely cancelling the admission does not make you eligible for refund. For refund you must apply for refund and keep your refund application form safely.
