Postgraduate [PG] 2nd Phase Verification Schedule for Academic Session 2023-2024

• This is to inform all concerned in continuation with the earlier notifications Ref. No. 439-Edn (CS)/10M95/14, dated 13th July 2023 and Ref. No.: APDU/Reg./Notice/056/2023 that the students who have already taken admission in 5th phase or will take admission in 6th Phase in M.A./M.Sc./M.Com. Courses (1st Semester) for the Academic Session 2023- 2024 at Alipurduar University are hereby instructed to attend their P.G. Classes regularly in their respective Departments. They are also instructed to attend their P.G. Classes (1st Semester) at least 75% of totalclasses held during first ten consecutive working days from 11.10.2023. Otherwise, their admission in P.G. Courses will be stand cancelled as per our earlier notification.
• Students are instructed to remain present at the time of verification. The details of the verification schedule and required documents are as follows:
• Date of Verification: 12.10.2023 to 13.10.2023
  Time: 12:00 pm to 03:00 pm
• THE FOLLOWING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION:
  • Printed copy of the duly filled in application form.
  • Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examinations or Age Proof Certificate.
  • H.S. (10+2) Mark Sheet.
  • U.G. Mark Sheet.
  • Student’s Caste / EWS / PH Certificate issued by the appropriate authority as per Govt. Rule.
  • Two passport size colour photograph.
  • Aadhar card

Note

• If any discrepancy is found during the process of verification, the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled and admission fees will be forfeited.
• A set of self-attested testimonials with duly filled in application form is to be submitted during verification.
• All the newly admitted students are also hereby informed that it is mandatory to attend 75% of total classes held during first ten consecutive working days. The admission of those students having less than 75% attendance during the above-mentioned tenure will be cancelled.
