    • Mode of Admission Test: Internet Based Test (IBT) will be held for all PG Courses. The requirements are mentioned below:
      Minimum System Requirements for Internet Based Admission Test Windows 7 or above, 2 GB RAM or above, Core 2 Duo or above, 64-bit, 20 GB Free HDD Space in ‘C’ drive, Single plug and play color Web Camera with proper driver installed and working. In case of laptop, inbuilt web camera should be activated. Stable Internet connection will be required.
    • Admit Card Release Date: 07.06.2023, 05:00 PM
    • DATES FOR MOCK TEST: 08.06.2023 and 09.06.2023
      (Admit Card downloading link and all details related to Mock Test will be communicated to the candidates through e-mail)
    • Last date for the submission of online application and the application fee for Post Graduate degree courses (Excluding MBA): 04.06.2023 (04:00 PM)
    • Tentative dates for Publication of the Selection List on the Website: 15.06.2023 (Thursday)
    • Last Date for Payment of Fees: 28.06.2023 (Friday)

    RESERVATION for EWS

    • RESERVATION for EWS (Economically Weaker Sections):A maximum 10% of the total seats for each course are reserved for EWS category. This provision is made as per the government guidelines. The candidate/s who opt for this category will be required to upload the EWS certificate issued by the competent authority. Without the certificate the application will be cancelled. Candidates are requested to check the detailed government notification before opting to apply for this category.

    + Undergraduate Fee Structure

    • Application Fee: ₹ 1000 (Non-refundable)
    • Components of Fee Structure for Session 2023-2026 (All in Indian Rupee [ ₹ ])
      Admission fee for all courses: ₹30,000 (excluding the candidate who has completed his/her graduation degree in St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata)
      Security deposit (refundable): ₹5,000 (to be paid at the time of admission)
      Alumni membership fee: ₹5,015 (to be paid along with 4th semester course fees)
    • SAARC Countries: same course fees
      Other Asian countries: 2 times of the course fees
      All other foreign countries: 3 times of the course fees
    • Fee Refund Policy: As per UGC Notification, October 2018
    • Note: If the candidate completed his/her graduation degree in St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata and paid the alumni membership fee, is not required to pay again. Also, he/she is not required to pay the Admission Fee.
