• Scanned Signature (JPG/JPEG, Maximum 50 KB)
• Scanned 10+2 Mark Sheet (JPG/JPEG, Maximum 150 KB)
• Scanned copy of Your Proof of Age (e.g. Class 10 Admit Card)(JPG/JPEG, Maximum 150 KB)
• Scanned copy of Your Caste Certificate (Only for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B) (JPG/JPEG, Maximum 100 KB)
• Scanned copy of Physically Handicapped Certificate (Only for Physically Handicapped Applicants) (JPG/JPEG, Maximum 100 KB)
• Two (2) copies of stamp sized colour photo.
• Duly paid Applicant's Copy and College copy of Bank Challan.

Documents to be produced at the time of verification after admission

• Admission Form Printout. (Only Original duly filled up and signed by the Applicant & his/her Guardian).
• 10+2 Level Mark Sheet. (Original & One self-signed Photocopy).
• 10th Level Admit Card. (Original & One self-signed Photocopy).
• SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/Physically Challenged Certificate. (Original & One selfsigned copy).
• School Leaving Certificate/Character Certificate (Only Original).
• Students who have passed before 2023 must reproduce transfer certificate and break of study certificate from the local Councilor or Panchayat Pradhan at the time of admission.
• Two (2) copies of stamp sized color photo.
• Duly paid Applicant's Copy and College Copy of Bank Challan.
