The College was established with a vision of catering to the need for higher education of the pupil of Northern-Eastern region of the city of Kolkata and its suburbs and is proud to keep its committments for several years. The
college firmly believes in discipline among the students, thus has made the attendance as the primary criteria for promotion and selection for the University Examination. Computer Training Facilities are provided by efficient professionals with adequate academic background like MTech, BTech, MCA The College has introduced the Grievance Redressal Cell for a both way communication. There is a plan to introduce self-employment oriented courses such as Air-conditioning, Xerox machine repair, repair of different scientific apparatus, small ventures, dealings in stock exchange, Nursery, Cultivation of Silk warm etc. for the benefit of neighbouring slum people.
