    General Subjects With Limited Seats
    Choice of Journalism as General Subject :

    • At the time of admission, confirmed allocation is not possible.
    • Some other suitable subject will have to be taken provisionally.
    • Preference will be noted.
      
    • After completion of admission process a merit list will be prepared, for those candidates who have given preference for Journalism.
    • Allocation will be made according to the merit list, subject to availability of seats.
    • In case of selection, confirmed allocation will be made for Journalism. Otherwise the provisionally allocated subject will be confirmed as the General subject.

    Choice of Modern Indian Language
    Hindi / Bengali / Alternative English.
    (Alternative English will be given only to students not having Hindi or Bengali at the Class-X level.)
